We were required to create a photo blog for our first assignment. For this task, we had to separate ourselves into groups of five. We had chosen Sarawak, Land of The Hornbills as our place of interest. The blog was divided into the following areas : Clothes, Handicrafts, Architecture, Food and Activities.The blog consists of 25 to 30 pictures with captions of about 20 to 30 words.

Reflection
Some of the learning outcomes for this assignment were to apply the principles of communication and behaviour in analyzing interaction with others at the individual level, as well as the group level. We should be aware of the importance and to respect cultural differences as well as to build healthy and positive relationships with other students. We were also needed to communicate the relevant ideas in a clear, logical and appropriate academic English.
Through this assignment, I was able to express my photography skills. By exploring Sarawak, I was exposed to their rich culture. This assignment allowed me to work with my group mates and improve my communication skills. I was also able to increase my presentation skills when we had to present our blog to other students and our lecturer. Writing the captions for the photos helped to improve my academic English. Through other groups' blog, I was able to learn and understand other cultures even better. At the end, all the learning outcomes intended for this module was achieved.
PROJECT 2 : ORAL PRESENTATION
We were required to produce a video presentation on traditional dwellings around the world in groups of five. We had to cover the historical background of the country, structure and layout, types of ornamentation used and the types of materials used in the presentation. Our group had chosen Tepees, as the topic for the presentation.

Through this oral presentation, I was able to improve my speaking and presenting skills. By creating the presentation slides, I managed to enhance my documentation skills as I had to research on the chosen topic and compile all of the information together. Working in groups also allowed me to understand my group mates better and work well with one another. We had exchanged points and suggestions to produce a quality presentation. This presentation had increase my knowledge on traditional dwellings around the world. All the learning outcomes were achieved in this assignment.
PROJECT 3 : COMIC STRIP
For our final assignment, we were required to create a 3 A3 size comic strip based on events related to our daily life, special occasions and events in campus. We had to complete this task in groups of five. The comic strip must also be based on one of the topics given during our lecture sessions of this module. As a group, we decided to base our comic strip on the topic Conflict and Negotiation.

By working in groups, this assignment managed to enhance our ability to work with one another. We were able to share and express our thoughts on the story line for this comic strip. Besides that, we were also given the chance to play with our creativity and improve our drawing skills for the comic strip. The assignment required us to choose one of the topic learned as our story line. This gave me a better understanding of that particular topic and also the rest. All the learning outcomes were achieved at the end.
